CxXchange started as a weekly office hour to explore topics in SaaS Tech and Customer Success. It has grown to become a peer-to peer volunteer-led community of professionals who are committed to life long learning.

Collaboration Groups for Customer Success Leaders

Looking for fresh ideas, peer collaboration, and support to navigate your leadership role? Whether you’re stepping into your first Customer Success leadership role, are an experienced executive, or exploring your next opportunity, Collaboration Groups can help.

What are Collaboration Groups?

Peer-led collaboration groups consist of 4–6 members who meet regularly to problem-solve operational challenges, exchange knowledge, and provide mutual accountability. The goal is to help you brainstorm solutions, share experiences, and advance your professional and operational goals while developing meaningful relationships with your peers.

  • Complete the Sign up form to participate or volunteer to lead a group.

  • Join #xchange-cs-leaders on Slack for the latest announcements and updates.
