CxXchange stands for Customer Success Xelerator Xchange
It’s a place to Xelerate Your Career and Xchange Ideas
CxXchange is a space for passion, curiosity, and community. It started as a weekly office hour to explore topics in SaaS Tech and Customer Success. It has grown to become a community of professionals who are committed to life long learning. To reflect this evolution, we've rebranded from CS Office Hours to CxXchange.
In the CxXchange community, we share resources, ideas, different perspectives and experiences, insights, events, encouragement, even links to other communities. It’s a place to respect each other and learn from each other.
NOTE: Some of us may have services or products that we sell, but CxXchange is not a place for selling. It’s a place for sharing. If you have things to offer that are free, please do share!
Customer Success is at the intersection between the Customer and your Company. It’s a critical role whether you are a CSM or a CS Leader. So, understanding business and seeing yourself as a Business Leader is key to your success.
That may seem daunting.
But if you reflect, you’ll see that you are already engaged in learning about your business and thinking of yourself as a Business Leader.
That’s why developing and expressing your thought leadership is an important skill for every CSM and CS Leader. It doesn’t happen overnight. It happens over time.
The VoiceVanguard program is a supportive channel within the CxXchange slack community to develop your ideas and learn best practices for expressing them in social media, blog posts, within your company, and speaking engagements.
If you want to participate, join the slack community and add the #voice-vanguard channel.
Collaboration Groups
Looking for a new role? In the first 6 months of a new role? Or maybe you've been there 6+months and you're looking for new ideas to re-engage or scale?
Come join us in a Collaboration Group! We have Collaboration Groups for CSMs and CS Leaders.
There are 3 types of groups:
1) Job Seekers
2) First 6 Months
3) 6+ Months
Choose the type of group that is right for you!
What is a Collaboration Group? Collab Groups are self organized groups of 4-6 people who build their own agendas and meet at the frequency they decide. Think of these as accountability groups. Or a safe space to share ideas and dig into something.
We’ve organized them so that you can find others with common challenges and goals. That’s why we have a separate sign up process for CSMs and CS Leaders. We’ve also organized them around job searching, first 6 months in a role, or 6+ months in a role.
IMPORTANT: You MUST join the Slack Community to participate since all coordination takes place in the community.
